Appointments & Booking
How do I book an appointment?

All bookings are handled online at henri.dk/booking or at one of our locations. Select your preferred location, service, and barber. A mobile number is required to confirm your reservation.

Can I book with a non-danish phone number?

Yes. In the booking system, click the flag icon to the left of the phone field to change the country code. Then enter your number as usual.

What if I am unable to book online?

If you experience technical issues, you are welcome to visit one of our shops in person or call us at +45 35 12 22 00 during opening hours for assistance.

Gift Cards & Loyalty Vouchers
Do you offer student discounts?

No. We do not offer specific student discounts. Instead, we recommend our multi-treatment vouchers, which provide a lower price per service when purchased in bulk. See prices at www.henri.dk/collections/loyalty-vouchers.

How do your Loyalty Vouchers work?

Our Loyalty Vouchers offer a discount on regular treatments. They are purchased online and can be used as payment across all our locations.

Do you cut hair for women and children?

HENRI specializes in masculine hairstyles and classic grooming. We cut women’s hair if a masculine style is requested, but we do not offer coloring or styling for long, feminine hair. We do not cut children’s hair; we welcome clients who are old enough to sit in the chair and communicate their specific requirements to the barber.

Where can I buy HENRI products?

Our full product range is available for purchase both online and in all our shops. Our staff can provide professional guidance on which products suit your hair and beard type.

Which product is right for my hair type?

Each product description includes details on hold, shine, and recommended hair type. If you are unsure, we recommend visiting one of our barbershops for a professional assessment of your hair and scalp.

Where are HENRI products manufactured?

Our Beard Oil and Sea Salt Spray are developed in Denmark, while the rest of the range is developed in Sweden. Across the board, our focus remains on professional quality and masculine grooming. We prioritize functional ingredients for daily use, and every product is rigorously tested in our shops before it earns a place in our online store.

Shipping & Returns
What is the delivery time, and when will my order be shipped?

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Delivery to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands typically takes 1-3 business days. For the rest of the world, expect 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is ready.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us immediately at support@henri.dk. For damaged goods, please provide photo evidence so we can send a replacement promptly. If we have delivered the wrong product, we will rectify the error at no additional cost to you.

Can I return a product I have opened and tested?

No. To be eligible for a return, products must be in resalable condition. Items that have been opened or used are not covered by our return policy. This also applies if you have a pre-existing skin condition or alopecia—we recommend contacting support@henri.dk for advice before breaking the seal.
